Egyptian boy goes viral for multilingual skills with Cairo tourists

A 12-year-old Egyptian boy has sparked widespread engagement on social media after a video showed him conversing with tourists on a Cairo street, using words and phrases in multiple foreign languages.

The video, posted by one of the tourists, praised the boy’s ability to speak different languages. Social media users widely shared the clip, commending his talent and impressive language skills at such a young age.

The boy, named Hussein Mahmoud, said he decided to learn foreign languages online by watching YouTube videos, eventually mastering words and phrases in several languages, according to Al Arabiya.

He explained that his interest in languages began due to his father's work in tourism, which allowed him to interact with tourists and inspired him to learn their languages and how to communicate with them.
