Saudi Ministry of Culture wins 10 Stevie Awards for innovation and sustainability

The Ministry of Culture has received ten Stevie Awards, one of the region’s most prominent honors recognizing innovation in the workplace, for a range of cultural projects focused on innovation and sustainability within the cultural sector.

The accolades include two gold awards: one for the Cultural Skills Competition in the innovation in business information applications category for creating measurable national impact, and another for the Culture and Arts Guide in the Urban Scene in the strategic innovation in government publications category. The ministry also earned two silver awards: one for the Culture Incubator project in the innovation in business information applications category for fostering sustainable cultural impact, and another for supporting the implementation of programs and activities in the institutional innovation category, which empowers the nonprofit cultural sector.

Six bronze awards were also presented to the ministry for various recent cultural projects and programs. These include the Cultural Skills Competition as a pioneering model for innovation in government events, as an innovative achievement in institutional growth, and the Support for Performance Program as an institutional innovation redefining the efficiency of government funding. Additional bronze awards recognized professional associations as a comprehensive model of innovation excellence for nonprofit organizations, the Culture in Hospitality Facilities Program as a leading innovation for government institutions, and the International Trade Guide for Culture in Saudi Arabia as a unique innovation in government publications.

Launched in 2002, the Stevie Awards are among the most prestigious regional awards honoring outstanding organizational performance, promoting a culture of excellence, and highlighting best practices across various sectors. Award categories include innovation and technology, marketing and customer service, human resources, sustainability, and institutional management.

The awards are presented through several international and regional programs, including the International Business Awards, Stevie Awards for Women in Business, Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, and Stevie Awards for the Middle East and North Africa.

The Ministry of Culture’s achievement comes amid strong regional competition in the Middle East and North Africa, reflecting its efforts to adopt innovative, data-driven work models, enhance performance efficiency, and empower national talent, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
