Saudi Arabia's Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Milo Dukanović of Montenegro, on the occasion of the national day of his country. On behalf of the people and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of permanent health and happiness to His Excellency and further progress and prosperity to the friendly Government and people of Montenegro.
