Israeli forces arrest 11 Palestinians in West Bank

Israeli forces early Monday carried out a large-scale arrest campaign across the West Bank and arrested 11 Palestinians, according to a Palestinian source who informed Saudi Press Agency.

The Palestinian Prisoners' Society said in a statement that the Israeli forces raided the cities of Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Jenin, Bethlehem and Hebron and arrested the 11 citizens under the pretext they are wanted by the Israeli authorities.

The Israeli army launches arrest campaigns on a daily basis against dozens of Palestinians in various cities and villages of the West Bank under unjustified various pretexts.

According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,440 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons.
