Egyptian senior journalists celebrate the Saudi Arabia's National Day

A number of Egyptian senior journalists on Friday expressed in exclusive statements to the Saudi Press Agency their jubilance and congratulations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its leadership and people on the Kingdom's national day anniversary.

Alaa Thabit, editor in chief of Al-Ahram newspaper, and Abdulaziz Tawfiq, editor in chief of Al-Gomhoriya newspaper, each extended congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, on the 89th anniversary of the national day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

They highlighted the prominent role of the Kingdom in support of the Arab and Islamic issues, lauding the achievements it has secured at the local arena.

They paid special tribute to the cordial ties between Egypt and the Kingdom, thanks to the common positions towards the issues of the region and the world at large.
