The Republic of Djibouti welcomed the joint statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates on Yemen and the recent events in the city of Aden and others.
Djibouti Ambassador to the Kingdom, Diaa Eddin Said Bakhurmah, who serves as Dean of the Diplomatic Corps acredited to Saudi Arabia, said in a press statement that Djibouti, as part of the Coalition to support Legitimacy in Yemen sees this statement as an affirmation of the right position of the Coalition in order to support the brotherly Yemeni people to get rid of the consequences of the coup of the Houthi militia that caused damage to Yemen and destabilization of its security and stability and that of the entire region.
