Agricultural services and research showcased to support farmers at Al-Jouf date festival

The Al-Jouf branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture showcased a range of agricultural services, laboratory tests, and applied research supporting farmers during its participation in the date festival in Sakaka, with the involvement of farmers and specialized organizations.

Services included soil and water testing, olive oil quality analysis, and pesticide residue detection, helping farmers assess their resources, improve product quality, and enhance agricultural practices.

The branch also presented several agricultural studies and experiments, highlighting applications for utilizing agricultural waste, improving soil fertility, and increasing resource efficiency.

The participation aimed to introduce technical, laboratory, and agricultural research services, and to encourage farmers to benefit from solutions and experiences that help develop agricultural production and support the sustainability of the sector in the region.
