Riyadh Municipality offers 55 new investment opportunities across 23 districts

Riyadh Municipality has announced 55 diverse investment opportunities on the "Foras" platform, spanning 23 districts in the city. This initiative aims to create an attractive investment environment and promote urban development in the capital.

The available opportunities cover a total area exceeding 352,000 square meters and include residential, mixed-use commercial, industrial, and warehouse activities. Specialized projects such as parking lots, small parcel exchange centers, and cafés are also part of the offering.

Investment sites are also available in several parks across Riyadh for mobile sports activities and food and beverage services, helping to diversify services for residents and enhance the investment appeal of the city's parks.

The opportunities are distributed across various sectors in Riyadh, including the districts of Al-Awali, Al-Maiziliyah, Al-Rimal, Al-Nadwa, Al-Qirawan, Tuwaiq, Al-Nazeem, Dhahrah Laban, Al-Janadriyah, Badr, Al-Rawabi, Al-Khair, Al-Fakhriyah, Areedh, Al-Arid, Al-Narjis, Al-Rabwa, Dhahrah Al-Badi'ah, Al-Suwaidi Al-Gharbi, Al-Rabwa, Al-Rabi', Al-Hamra, and Al-Marwah. These opportunities come with varying contract durations and land sizes, providing investors and entrepreneurs with options tailored to market needs.
