Qassim Municipality offers investment opportunity for chalet project in Al-Bukayriyah

Qassim Municipality has announced an investment opportunity for the construction, operation, and maintenance of chalets in the Al-Sihha district of Al-Bukayriyah. The project covers an area of 1,800 square meters and offers a contract period of up to 25 years.

The municipality stated that the investment opportunity is numbered 01-24-008202-13005, with bid envelopes scheduled to be opened on December 7, 2026.
