Al-Awali Real Estate has wrapped up its participation in the second edition of the Saudi British Property Show in London, which brought together leading investors, developers, and decision-makers from the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. The company showcased its real estate development experience and project portfolio to investors and those interested in opportunities in the Kingdom, coinciding with the sector’s expanding investment activity and evolving regulatory framework.

The Al-Awali Real Estate pavilion welcomed several official visits and meetings with prominent figures, including Minister of Transport and Logistics Services Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, Qatar Tourism Chairman Saad bin Ali Al-Kharji, Sheikh Khalifa Al Thani, and Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Al Faisal Holding. Discussions focused on collaboration opportunities, the future of real estate investment, and the importance of building partnerships to support sector growth.

The Saudi British Property Show saw real estate sales and bookings exceeding 687.2 million riyals (SAR) — equivalent to £136 million — reflecting the strong interest in the investment opportunities presented. Al-Awali Real Estate stated that the next phase will focus on following up with contacts made during the event, turning this interest into partnerships, site visits, and new investment prospects.

Suleiman Al-Rumaih, CEO of Al-Awali Real Estate, said: "Our participation enabled us to build relationships with investors and partners both inside and outside the Kingdom. The event provided a valuable platform to showcase our projects and exchange insights on the future of real estate investment. We view the outcomes of the exhibition as the start of a new phase of joint work, centered on turning discussions into tangible partnerships and investment opportunities."

Al-Rumaih added that the company’s participation expanded its professional network and opened new channels of communication with investors and stakeholders in the real estate sector. This supports Al-Awali’s expansion plans and strengthens its presence in regional and international markets, in line with its commitment to developing quality projects that meet investor expectations and contribute to sector growth.
