Asharqia Chamber and Bahraini Businessmen’s Association discuss boosting investment ties

The Asharqia Chamber and the Bahraini Businessmen’s Association held a meeting in Dammam to discuss ways to enhance economic and trade relations between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The meeting was attended by Asharqia Chamber Chairman Fahd Al-Faraj, Second Vice Chairman Mohammed Al-Majdouei, board member Mohammed Al-Rashed, several committee heads, Secretary-General Abdulrahman Al-Wabel, and a delegation from the Bahraini association led by Ahmed bin Hindi.

Both sides reviewed available investment and trade opportunities and discussed potential areas of cooperation to expand joint business ventures and open new prospects for entrepreneurs in both countries.

Emphasis on strong economic ties

Fahd Al-Faraj stated that the meeting builds on the solid economic and trade relations between the two kingdoms, highlighting ongoing cooperation in various fields and a shared commitment to developing these ties in line with the aspirations of both countries’ leadership and the ambitions of the business community.

For his part, Ahmed bin Hindi emphasized that the visit underscores the importance of joint efforts by the private sectors in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to establish a new phase of economic and strategic partnership. He noted that both markets offer a promising and integrated investment environment, especially amid major economic initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030 and Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
