A'mal Al-Jood Real Estate concluded the first phase of the Tlal Al-Ruwabi auction in Unaizah on Friday evening, October 16, 2026. The event offered 129 fully serviced residential plots and attracted a large turnout of investors and prospective buyers.

The auction began on Thursday afternoon, October 15, and continued over two days until Friday evening. It saw active participation from attendees at the dedicated auction dome within the Tlal Al-Ruwabi project in Al-Ruwabi neighborhood, Unaizah, as well as through the Saudi Auctions online platform.

The auction enabled buyers to participate and compete from various locations, creating a competitive atmosphere that reflected strong interest in the residential plots, especially given the project's prime location and comprehensive services.
