The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Madinah finalized its field preparations to provide emergency medical services on the night of the completion of the recitation of the Quran at the Prophet's Mosque.

The operational plan will improve emergency response speed and serve the large number of worshippers and visitors.

The deployment plan includes more than 60 ambulance units positioned within the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards, supported by over 50 mobile ambulances to ensure rapid access through dense crowds.

Additionally, 20 electric stretchers have been allocated for urgent medical cases, along with 18 golf carts to facilitate patient transport within the mosque.

The authority further reinforced its plan by deploying 15 ambulances in the central area surrounding the Prophet's Mosque to ensure the swift transfer of critical cases to healthcare facilities and reduce response times.

Ambulance teams are operating at full capacity around the clock, supported by qualified medical and technical personnel, alongside continuous coordination with participating health and security entities.

This integrated approach ensures efficient crowd management and emergency response during this significant night.

The authority emphasized that these preparations reflect its commitment to delivering optimal ambulance services and maintaining high readiness
to handle various situations, ensuring the safety of all during the peak of Quran recitation.
