Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) was awarded the International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS) and the International Digital Customer Experience Standard (IDCXS) certifications by the British Standards Institute (BSI), the UK's national standards body with over 120 years of experience.
SAR is the first railway company in the world to be awarded the IDCXS certification.
IDCXS evaluates companies based on strict criteria, including policies, digital channels, digital services, processes, staff, measurement practices, and performance results.
By prioritizing customer experience and satisfaction, SAR aims to deliver the highest level of service, in line with the National Transport and Logistics Strategy (NTLS), and contribute to the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
