The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating in the Qatar Real Estate Forum 2025, organized by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) from October 12 to 14 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme “Aqarat's Future,” with Saudi Arabia as the guest country of honor.

REGA’s participation in this third edition, which brings together decision-makers and experts in development, innovation, and investment, highlights Saudi Arabia’s experience in building an integrated real estate ecosystem that emphasizes growth, sustainability, and transparency.

It also promotes Gulf and international cooperation while attracting foreign investment in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

At the forum and its related events, the authority will showcase its role in regulating and developing the Saudi real estate market through a framework of modern laws and regulations, as well as its efforts to advance digital transformation, enhance governance, and create a more efficient and reliable investment environment.

The forum serves as a leading platform for government officials, investors, developers, and industry leaders from Qatar and around the world to discuss real estate policies and regulations, investor journeys, major development projects, and promising investment opportunities, in addition to exploring future trends in smart and sustainable real estate.
