Hail Municipality unveils five new investment opportunities across city

Hail Municipality has announced the launch of five new investment opportunities aimed at developing commercial, agricultural, entertainment, and tourism activities, making use of municipal sites to support economic growth and enhance the urban landscape in the region.

The opportunities include a project to establish, operate, and maintain a multi-purpose site in the Al-Naqrah district, covering an area of 5,129 square meters, with a contract term of up to 20 years. There is also an opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain two agricultural nurseries in the Al-Rawabi 1 district.

The first nursery site covers 9,999 square meters with a contract term of up to 10 years, while the second spans 16,828 square meters with a contract term of 5 years.

Additionally, the municipality has offered an opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain a commercial complex in the Hatteen district on a 6,297-square-meter site, with a contract term of up to 20 years. There is also a multi-purpose site on Jubbah Road with an area of 20,326 square meters and a contract term of up to 20 years.

Hail Municipality explained that these five opportunities provide investors with a variety of options in commercial, agricultural, entertainment, and tourism sectors, as part of efforts to develop and invest in municipal sites across the region.

The municipality emphasized that offering these opportunities is part of its ongoing efforts to empower the private sector, encourage investment, and develop commercial, agricultural, entertainment, and tourism activities, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance public-private partnerships, support sustainable development, and improve quality of life.
