Najran Municipality offers 26 new investment opportunities in Badr Al-Janoub

Najran Municipality, through the Badr Al-Janoub branch, has announced the launch of 26 diverse investment opportunities in a public tender via the 'Furas' municipal investment portal. The initiative aims to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and support economic and service development in the region.

The opportunities cover a range of key sectors, including commercial and residential projects such as the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of commercial and residential complexes at various locations across the governorate.

In the health, entertainment, social, and industrial sectors, the offerings include establishing a medical clinic, centers for ophthalmology, physical therapy, and dental care, as well as the operation, renovation, and maintenance of the civic center. Additional opportunities involve developing and operating a tourist resort, chalets, a restaurant and café, several kiosks, a food truck, and a fuel station.

Application deadline and investor invitation

The municipality stated that the deadline for submitting bids and purchasing tender documents is October 19. Investors and entrepreneurs are invited to review the details, purchase the terms and conditions documents, and submit bids electronically via the 'Furas' app or the portal's website.
