The Prophet’s Mosque received pilgrims following the completion of this year’s Hajj, with authorities deploying an integrated network of services to help ensure a safe and comfortable worship experience.

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, in coordination with other government agencies, provided operational and guidance services including wayfinding assistance, information centers, multilingual inquiry support and digital awareness programs designed to help pilgrims navigate the mosque and its courtyards.

Field teams continued to operate around the clock, supplying Zamzam water, maintaining facilities, carrying out cleaning and sanitization work, and assisting elderly worshippers and people with disabilities.

The measures form part of Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to serve pilgrims and facilitate their religious observances during the post-Hajj period.
