It can be utilized for transportation, traffic management, safety and security, environmental sustainability, guest experience in tourism, energy, utilities, and emergency response.

The development and operation of Nucleus Twin align with local objectives and regulations, integrating with existing operational systems in Saudi projects, including IoT, building management, and security systems. It can also be implemented in mega-projects without the need for repeated aerial imaging.

The new component addresses cloud computing, cybersecurity, and national data sovereignty requirements, supporting its use in critical sites. It allows for the creation and operation of digital models within a short timeframe, from satellite imagery to fully integrated live models.

The company previously showcased the Nucleus platform at LEAP 2025, a unified platform for collecting operational data and alerts from assets and IoT devices.
