Zid Auctions to offer five properties in Riyadh and Diriyah at late October auction

Zid Auctions, under the supervision of the Center for Assignment and Liquidation (Infath), has announced the 'Riyadh Elite Auction' to offer five properties in Riyadh and Diriyah, in accordance with an enforcement court order. The properties include a mixed-use commercial and residential plot, two agricultural lands, and two residential villas.

The auction will begin on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and conclude on Thursday, October 29, 2026. It will be held online via 'Infath Auctions'.

Leading the listings is a 5,280-square-meter commercial and residential plot located directly on Anas bin Malik Road in the Al-Sahafa district, north of Riyadh, with existing buildings on site.

The auction also features two agricultural lands in Diriyah governorate: the first in Shuayb Al-Hariqah with an area of 71,098 square meters, and the second covering 19,265.48 square meters.

Additionally, two residential villas are included: one in Al-Sahafa district with an area of 500 square meters, near Anas bin Malik Road and King Fahd Road, and another in Al-Masif district with an area of 550 square meters, near King Abdulaziz Road and the Northern Ring Road.
