Madinah Municipality offers investment opportunity to renovate fuel station

The Madinah Municipality has announced an investment opportunity for the renovation, operation, and maintenance of a fuel station located on the Madinah–Yanbu highway, west of the Al-Musayjid exit.

According to the municipality, the investment site covers an area of 18,000 square meters, with a contract period of up to 15 years.

Bid envelopes for the project will be opened on September 19, 2026. The municipality has invited investors to review the details of the opportunity via the Foras investment platform.
