The Ministry of Commerce has announced a recall for 2,577 Hyundai Tucson vehicles from the 2025 model year.

This recall is due to a defect in the internal cabin wiring. The fault could cause the vehicle to unintentionally move while in Park (P) mode, even without the brake pedal being pressed, significantly increasing the risk of an accident.

The ministry urged all owners of the affected model to verify whether their vehicle's chassis number is included in the recall campaign by visiting the Product Recall Center’s website at https://recalls.sa/.

They should then contact one of the Hyundai dealers for free repairs: Al-Wallan at 8001240401, Al-Majdouie at 8003040777, and Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors at 8001240191.
