Six real estate opportunities up for auction at 'Nawader Riyadh'

Zid Real Estate Auctions, under the supervision of the Center for Orders and Liquidation (Infath), has announced the 'Nawader Riyadh' auction, featuring six diverse real estate opportunities in Riyadh and Diriyah. The properties include a farm, several villas, and residential land in prime locations, offered by order of the Enforcement Court and a ruling from the Personal Status Court.

The highlight of the auction is a farm in Al-Waha district, Diriyah, spanning 128,939.95 square meters and featuring a villa, ground annexes, barns, four wells, and a water pond. Also on offer are a villa in Al-Qirawan district, Riyadh, covering 1,182.13 square meters, and another villa in Al-Nuzha district with an area of 600 square meters.

The auction also includes two residential plots in Al-Narjis district, measuring 919.2 and 625 square meters, as well as a residential plot in Al-Khair district with an area of 775 square meters.

The auction will begin on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and conclude on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:40 p.m., via the Mubasher Auctions platform.
