The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) has introduced the new "LMX" shipping service, owned by CMA CGM, at Jubail Commercial Port. This initiative aims to boost national exports and improve the Kingdom's connectivity with global markets.

Mawani is working to enhance Saudi Arabia's ranking in the maritime network connectivity index and optimize port operations to support the goals of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy, which seeks to establish the Kingdom as a global logistics hub and a crucial link between three continents.

The new service will strengthen Jubail Commercial Port's competitive advantage and its global standing in the maritime transport and logistics sector.

The port is equipped with advanced facilities capable of accommodating various vessel types and sizes.

The "LMX" shipping service will connect Jubail Commercial Port with the ports of İskenderun and Mersin in Türkiye, Jebel Ali in the UAE, and Beirut in Lebanon, with a capacity of up to 3,500 standard containers.

Jubail Commercial Port serves as a key hub for national exports, particularly industrial and petrochemical products from Jubail Industrial City, which contribute significantly to the Kingdom's competitiveness in global markets.
