He addressed the evolving needs of clients and changes in Saudi housing culture in recent years, stressing the importance of fair pricing and balancing product value with market demands.

Al-Mughames reaffirmed his commitment to product quality, citing a previous instance where he decided to demolish a project after its foundations were laid because he was not satisfied with the design—a move reflecting his attention to detail and high quality standards.
