Statistics indicate that Saudi Arabia is home to over 37.5 million palm trees, with an annual date production of around 1.92 million tons. Madinah ranks third nationwide, producing nearly 347,000 tons, accounting for 18% of the Kingdom’s total date output.
Saudi date exports have reached more than 133 countries, with an annual value of about SAR 1.695 billion, reflecting the high quality of Saudi dates and the success of national efforts to boost their global competitiveness.
