Riyadh Municipality offers investment opportunity for gated residential complex in Al Khair

Riyadh Municipality has announced a new investment opportunity to develop and operate a gated residential complex in Al Khair, north of Riyadh, as part of its efforts to boost real estate investment in the capital.

The municipality stated that the project covers an area of 27,127 square meters, with a contract period of 25 years, allowing investors to benefit from this prime location over the long term.

Bids for this opportunity will be opened on November 12, 2026, giving interested parties ample time to review project details and submit their proposals.
