This statement was made during his attendance at the Digital Saudi event, which was organized by the Digital Government Authority, hosted by Taibah University, and held in the presence of several government officials.
Twenty-one entities from the public and private sectors participated.
During the governor's tour of the accompanying exhibition, he reviewed the most prominent digital accomplishments and the electronic services system offered to beneficiaries.
The Madinah Regional Municipality has launched the 'Sabr' platform, an integrated analytical system powered by AI, designed to transform data into insights that enhance operational efficiency and improve municipal services.
Additionally, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched a unified transportation portal, consolidating all transportation options within the two holy mosques into a single platform to ensure a safer and more convenient experience for pilgrims.
