120 commercial and residential plots up for auction in Jeddah’s Al-Sawari district

Aml Al-Joud Real Estate, under the supervision of the Center for Orders and Liquidation (Infath), has announced the launch of 120 commercial and residential plots and facilities in the Al-Sawari district of Jeddah through three online auctions that began on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

The three auctions feature plots distributed across different phases of the Al-Sawari development. The first phase auction includes 42 properties in blocks 1, 2, and 19, and will run until Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:25 p.m.

The second phase auction offers 40 properties, including blocks 20, 5, 15, and facilities, concluding on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

The third phase auction features 38 properties in blocks 13 and 10, ending on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:05 p.m.
