The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), in partnership with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), will launch 'Artificial Intelligence Week' next Sunday. The five-day event is part of Monsha’at’s ongoing 'Business Weeks' series.

The initiative aims to empower entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to adopt artificial intelligence technologies and benefit from smart solutions and applications. It will connect them with enabling organizations and technology companies to help boost their business efficiency and competitiveness.

The week will see participation from 40 organizations across the public and private sectors, as well as academic and technology institutions. Notable participants include the Communications, Space and Technology Commission, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, and King Faisal University, alongside several tech companies and ecosystem supporters.

Diverse events and sessions across regions

Activities will be held at SME support centers in Riyadh and Madinah, and in the governorates of Jeddah and Alkhobar. Additional events are planned in Abha in collaboration with the Aseer Development Authority and Work Corner incubator, in Qassim with the Qassim Chamber, and in Jazan with the Jazan Chamber, expanding access across the Kingdom.

The week features six main sessions and over 48 entrepreneurial meetings, with officials and experts from government, private, academic, and tech sectors discussing AI applications, technical solutions, and best practices for adopting these technologies. An accompanying exhibition will showcase 15 organizations offering services and solutions to entrepreneurs and SME owners.

Boosting SME competitiveness and advancing Vision 2030

'Artificial Intelligence Week' coincides with the Year of Artificial Intelligence and is part of Monsha’at’s efforts to strengthen the SME support ecosystem. The event aims to connect SMEs with enablers, technical solutions, and investment opportunities in promising sectors, enhancing their competitiveness, growth, and sustainability in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
