Al-Jouf Municipality offers investment opportunity for concrete plant in Sakaka

Al-Jouf Municipality has announced an investment opportunity for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a concrete and building materials factory in the regional district of Sakaka.

The municipality stated that the designated site for the factory covers an area of 22,500 square meters, with the contract set for a duration of ten years.

It added that bids for the project will be opened on December 9, 2026, inviting investors and interested parties to review details of opportunity number 01-26-010001-17002 through the municipality's official platforms.
