Director General of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in Al-Baha Region Fahad Al-Zahrani has inspected the largest strawberry farm in Al-Qura Governorate.
The farm serves as a model of advanced strawberry cultivation, featuring over one million plants spread across more than 120,000 square meters.
It includes a state-of-the-art nursery with a production capacity of up to three million strawberry seedlings per season.
Equipped with the latest irrigation technologies, the farm is projected to yield approximately 1,000 tons of fresh strawberries each season.
Al-Zahrani emphasized the ministry’s commitment to supporting such innovative projects that contribute to food security and sustainable agricultural development.
