Saudi Arabia’s main stock market index ended Sunday’s session down by 142.70 points, closing at 10,864.57 points, with total trading value reaching approximately 3.8 billion riyals (SAR).

The daily economic bulletin from the Saudi Press Agency reported that 187 million shares were traded. Shares of 42 companies rose in value, while 221 companies saw their shares decline.

Among the top gainers were Armah, Al-Tamheer, Saudi Re, SASCO, and Fakeeh Care, while shares of Luberef, Knowledge City, ACIG, Al-Arabiya, and Yansab led the list of decliners, with percentage changes ranging between 9.95% and 9.97%.

In terms of trading volume, Americana, Petro Rabigh, Saudi Aramco, AnaPipe, and Batic were the most active. By trading value, Al Rajhi, Petro Rabigh, Saudi Aramco, Luberef, and Saudi Re topped the list.

Nomu index also closes lower

Meanwhile, the parallel market index (Nomu) closed down by 53.44 points, ending at 21,579.19 points, with trading value totaling 8.9 million riyals and more than 1.7 million shares traded.
