Qassim Municipality signs SAR 9.4 million development deals in Uyun Al-Jiwa and Al-Basr

Qassim Municipality has signed a series of agreements in Al-Basr and Uyun Al-Jiwa, with a total value of 9.4 million riyals (SAR), to implement several urban and development projects.

The agreements cover the improvement and beautification of Al-Murqab Park, the design of the first phase of the King Fahd Road humanization project, the design of Al-Murqab Overlook Park, and the design of Prince Faisal bin Mishaal Square in Uyun Al-Jiwa. They also include the construction of a structural road in the Al-Suwailmiyah neighborhood in Al-Basr, as well as upgrades to infrastructure and road networks. These initiatives aim to enhance the region's appeal and stimulate tourism and investment activity.

The projects are intended to develop public spaces, improve the urban landscape, and provide facilities capable of hosting events and activities. They also seek to create a more attractive environment for investment and to boost the presence of tourism and entertainment sites in the region.
