Najran Municipality offers 15 new investment opportunities in Bir Askar

Najran Municipality, through Bir Askar Municipal Center, has announced the launch of 15 diverse investment opportunities at various locations in the center via the 'Furas' municipal investment portal. This initiative aims to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and support tourism and service development in the region.

The investment package includes specialized projects across key sectors. In hospitality and tourism, two projects are available for the construction, operation, and maintenance of hotels on plots of 7,200 and 4,000 square meters, as well as a project to establish and operate a tourist camp resort on a 10,000-square-meter site. There is also a project for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a residential complex dedicated to chalets, covering approximately 30,000 square meters.

In the residential and commercial sector, opportunities include the development and operation of residential-commercial buildings at prime locations, including a site in Akifah district exceeding 5,000 square meters and another site of 3,000 square meters. There is also a multi-use building project on a 1,728-square-meter plot, and the operation and maintenance of an existing service building in Akifah district with an area of over 1,600 square meters.

The investment scope also covers the sports and recreational sector, with opportunities for the operation and maintenance of a sports field on a 9,000-square-meter site, the operation and maintenance of Prince Jalawi Park rest area on a site exceeding 1,100 square meters, and the development and investment of a rest area covering 4,000 square meters.

In the healthcare sector, there is an opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain a fully integrated medical clinic on a 4,200-square-meter plot. The industrial and service sectors are supported by projects for the construction and operation of three industrial workshops of varying sizes.

The municipality has set October 6 as the final date to purchase the terms and conditions booklet and the deadline for bid submission. All interested investors and entrepreneurs are invited to review the investment opportunities through the 'Furas' app and submit their proposals directly at the Bir Askar Municipality before the deadline.
