There is also a multi-use building project on a 1,728-square-meter plot, and the operation and maintenance of an existing service building in Akifah district with an area of over 1,600 square meters.
The investment scope also covers the sports and recreational sector, with opportunities for the operation and maintenance of a sports field on a 9,000-square-meter site, the operation and maintenance of Prince Jalawi Park rest area on a site exceeding 1,100 square meters, and the development and investment of a rest area covering 4,000 square meters.
