Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi and Vice Chairman of the Capital Market Authority, Yousef bin Hamad Al-Bulaihed, honored 44 winners in the fourth season of the Gulf Smart Investor Prize, with awards exceeding 1.5 million riyals (SAR).

The ceremony, held today in Riyadh, recognized winners across the prize’s four categories: video, drawing, photography, and writing. Each category saw three winners from the individuals and university students groups, and five winners from the school students group.

Competition intensified this season compared to the third, with entries surpassing 300,000, up from more than 88,000 in the previous season.

The Gulf Smart Investor Prize is an initiative of the Gulf Investment Awareness Program "Mulim," aimed at encouraging participants from GCC countries to create innovative content that enriches financial awareness and literacy.

By targeting individuals, university students, and school students across its four tracks, the prize seeks to further its mission of promoting financial literacy and raising awareness about the importance of saving and investing.

The "Mulim" Gulf Investment Awareness Program was launched under the umbrella of the GCC General Secretariat, with the participation of securities authorities from GCC countries. The program aims to boost financial and investment literacy in capital markets through a series of campaigns and awareness events.
