Aramco Q2 revenue rises 19% to SAR 450.77 billion year-on-year

According to a statement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the increase was mainly driven by higher revenues and other sales-related income, partially offset by higher operating costs and increased income tax and zakat expenses due to higher taxable income.
Adjusted net income stood at SAR 125.20 billion ($33.39 billion) for the second quarter of 2026. Total adjustments of SAR 2.60 billion ($0.69 billion) were primarily related to replacement cost adjustments, losses from assets classified as held for sale, and finance cost adjustments.
Revenues reached SAR 450.77 billion ($120.21 billion) in the second quarter of 2026, up 19% from SAR 378.83 billion ($101.02 billion) in the same period last year.
The revenue increase was mainly driven by higher prices for refined products, chemicals, and crude oil, partially offset by lower sales volumes of crude oil, refined products, and chemicals.
Quarter-on-quarter, net income attributable to shareholders rose by 1.15% compared to SAR 120.13 billion ($32.04 billion) in the first quarter of 2026.
For the first half of 2026, net income attributable to shareholders increased by 33.27% to SAR 241.64 billion ($64.44 billion), compared to SAR 181.31 billion ($48.35 billion) in the same period of 2025.
This increase was mainly driven by higher revenues and other sales-related income, partially offset by higher operating costs and increased income tax and zakat expenses due to higher taxable income.
Operating cash flows reached approximately SAR 95.4 billion ($25.4 billion) in the second quarter of this year, and about SAR 210.6 billion ($56.2 billion) in the first half.
Free cash flow totaled around SAR 46 billion ($12.3 billion) in the second quarter and SAR 115.9 billion ($30.9 billion) in the first half of 2026. Free cash flow for the second quarter was impacted by a SAR 51.1 billion ($13.6 billion) increase in working capital.
