Sabil, a company owned by SALIC under the Public Investment Fund, announced today the launch of its new strategy focused on delivering integrated logistics solutions for the agri-food sector. The initiative aims to enhance supply chain efficiency and support Saudi Arabia’s food security objectives.

The new strategy is built on three main pillars: alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, responsiveness to market needs, and maximizing the use of operational capabilities and its network of 14 branches across the Kingdom.

Abdulrahman Al-Zughaibi, Chairman of Sabil, said the new strategy marks a significant milestone for the company and lays the groundwork for future expansion in areas serving the agri-food sector. He emphasized that this move reflects the company’s ambition to build sustainable value and strengthen its long-term impact in line with national aspirations.

Sabil CEO Abdulrahman Al-Owais added that the strategy gives the company operational flexibility to expand its services and business activities by leveraging its branch network, improving the supply of essential goods, and increasing the efficiency of handling, storage, and transportation operations. He also highlighted the development of new solutions and growth opportunities for clients and partners.

Sabil was established by SALIC following a Cabinet decision to transform the General Organization for Grains into the General Food Security Authority and transfer the operational management of storage silos—including wheat procurement, supply, and strategic storage—from the authority to SALIC.
