Buraidah International Dates Carnival sales top 98 million riyals in 15 days

The Buraidah International Dates Carnival recorded sales of 98,015,377 riyals (SAR) during the first 15 days of August 2026, according to carnival statistics tracking incoming dates and vehicle movement during this period.

The report showed that 12,377 vehicles entered the carnival, with 2,084,421 boxes of dates traded, weighing a total of 8,264,261.8 kilograms, or approximately 8,264 tons.

These figures reflect the scale of commercial activity at the carnival and its seasonal role in marketing and distributing large quantities of dates across the region.

First week statistics

In the same context, statistics for the carnival's first week revealed sales exceeding 17,904,337 riyals, with total date weights reaching 2,110,578.75 kilograms, 533,801 boxes traded, and 5,500 vehicles entering the venue.
