The Saudi-Pakistani Real Estate Exhibition 2026 opened last night in Lahore, the capital of Pakistan’s Punjab province, under the theme “Own or Invest in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.” The event features the participation of Saudi real estate companies and developers, aiming to showcase investment opportunities in the Kingdom and strengthen links between Saudi developers and Pakistani investors.

The exhibition runs from October 21 to 23 and is organized by the Saudi-Pakistani Business Council in coordination with the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan, represented by its commercial attaché, the Pakistan Board of Investment, and the Government of Punjab.

The Saudi delegation is led by Prince Mansour bin Mohammed, Chairman of the Saudi-Pakistani Business Council on the Saudi side. The Governor of Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, attended the opening ceremony as guest of honor and representative of the President of Pakistan.

Prince Mansour told the Saudi Press Agency that the exhibition allows Saudi companies to present their real estate products and connect with investors in Pakistan. He expressed hope that the event would attract foreign investment to Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.

He added that the exhibition aims to expand partnerships with Pakistani companies and developers, and to reach Pakistani investors living abroad, including in the UK, the US, and Gulf countries, introducing them to real estate investment opportunities in the Kingdom, especially in Makkah, Madinah, and other key cities.

Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan said he hoped the exhibition would open new horizons for investment between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, noting that bringing together developers and investors from both sides marks a new phase of economic cooperation. He expressed hope that the three-day event would see the signing of memoranda of understanding and agreements to support future partnerships.

Participants are showcasing residential and investment projects in several Saudi cities, including Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Jeddah. Visitors can learn about the projects, their locations and features, discuss ownership and investment options with company representatives, and familiarize themselves with the regulations governing the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.

A total of 19 entities are participating, with the Saudi delegation comprising around 60 people. The exhibition aims to attract about 5,000 visitors, including 1,000 qualified investors.

The exhibition seeks to strengthen commercial and investment partnerships between the two countries and highlight the opportunities offered by Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, providing a platform for direct engagement between developers and investors to explore areas of cooperation.
