Rasan Gate project offers integrated residential community within Holy Mosque boundaries

The Rasan Gate project was featured in the first episode of the 'Jaah Al-Aqar' program as one of the most comprehensive residential developments located within the boundaries of the Holy Mosque in Mecca, reflecting a vision focused on developing projects that meet market needs and enhance quality of life.

The project includes 1,039 residential units in various designs and sizes, along with 12 mosques, 10 educational facilities, two healthcare centers, 38 parks, seven commercial facilities, as well as social and sports amenities.

Abdullah Al-Odhib, CEO of Nojoom Al-Salam Holding, told presenter Ali Al-Ghufaili that real estate development should be driven by market demand, summarizing his vision by saying: "Real estate is not about quantity, but about value and meeting needs."
