The Capital Market Authority has announced that the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes has issued decision No. 33/L/D1/J/2026 for the year 1448 AH, dated 06/01/1448 AH (corresponding to June 21, 2026), approving the registration of a class action lawsuit filed by a female investor against Hamel Al-Misk Business Services Holding Company.
