Zood Real Estate today launched the Élevée project in Riyadh’s Al-Nakheel district, an integrated urban community comprising eight towers with a value exceeding 2.5 billion riyals (SAR), designed by Spanish firm Elia and developed in strategic partnership with Jadwa Investment. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.

To mark the occasion, the company held a ceremony on Monday evening at Hatteen Palace in Al-Nakheel, attended by prominent figures from the business and real estate sectors.

Yasser Al-Qazlan, CEO of Zood Real Estate, stated that the company aims not just to construct buildings, but to create spaces that resonate with people, respect their privacy, offer comfort and belonging, and blend Saudi identity with contemporary architectural language. He added, “For us, this is the true meaning of quality of life.”

Al-Qazlan continued, “Élevée is the first clear embodiment of this philosophy, offering an integrated urban community in Al-Nakheel that brings together residential, hospitality, business, retail, and green spaces in a unified experience. It is designed to be more of a holistic lifestyle than a traditional real estate project.”

He thanked strategic partner Jadwa Investment and Elia for helping translate the vision into a project that captures the spirit of the place.

The eight towers include three residential buildings, two hospitality towers featuring a hotel and serviced apartments, and three office towers. The project will also feature retail galleries in two standalone buildings. Open spaces and landscaped areas will make up more than 40% of the development, including a main park, planted areas between buildings, a rooftop garden, and wide pedestrian walkways.

Facilities across the project will include a nursery, children’s club, business lounge, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants, a fitness club, a civil defense center, a reception desk, and 24-hour security systems, with amenities varying by building.

The project is connected via the Northern Ring Road to King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport, and is surrounded by residential, office, service, and educational facilities in Al-Nakheel.

Al-Qazlan concluded, “For us, Élevée marks the beginning of a broader journey. Our ambition is for Zood to leave a lasting impact, to develop projects that preserve our identity, meet people’s aspirations, and create enduring value for years to come.”
