The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) is continuing its advisory and guidance programs, along with workshops aimed at developing the skills of male and female entrepreneurs at the Enterprise Support Center in Jeddah, with the participation of a group of experts, specialists, and business owners.

Through these initiatives, Monsha'at seeks to strengthen the competitiveness of participants in vital fields such as operations, strategic planning, technology, feasibility studies, human resources, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, in addition to providing specialized management consultations for establishing entrepreneurial projects.

As part of its ongoing efforts to empower the small and medium enterprise sector, Monsha'at organized two specialized workshops at the Enterprise Support Center in Jeddah, titled "E-Commerce Fundamentals" and "Employee and Human Resources Management." The aim was to equip startup owners and management leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure business sustainability and develop their organizational and human infrastructure, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to increase the SME sector's contribution to GDP.

The "E-Commerce Fundamentals" workshop covered key aspects of digital transformation, including building online stores, crafting engaging marketing content, utilizing innovative electronic payment solutions, and managing supply and delivery chains to enhance the customer experience.

Meanwhile, the "Employee and Human Resources Management" workshop focused on internal organizational aspects, where experts discussed best practices for attracting talent, building flexible administrative structures, task distribution, as well as strategies for motivating employees and fostering institutional loyalty to boost productivity, all within the framework of applicable local regulations and policies.

Monsha'at invited interested individuals and entrepreneurs in Jeddah who wish to benefit from upcoming programs and workshops, or to book free advisory and guidance sessions, to visit its official channels and register.
