Al-Baha honey festival concludes with strong turnout

The 18th Al-Baha Honey Festival has concluded, drawing wide participation from government and private entities, along with leading beekeepers and producers.

The festival attracted around 100,000 visitors and featured 45 beekeepers who showcased nearly 30 tons of premium honey and bee products.

Accompanying events highlighted the industry, showcased the quality and diversity of local products, and provided a vital platform for beekeepers to market their goods and boost the presence of national products.

Fahad bin Miftah Al-Zahrani, Director General of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s Al-Baha branch, said the festival is a key pillar in supporting beekeepers and promoting national products. He added that the success of this edition reflects ongoing efforts to develop the agricultural sector in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The closing ceremony included honoring participating and supporting organizations in recognition of their efforts to ensure the festival’s success and strengthen partnerships for the sector’s growth.
