flynas to launch direct Riyadh–Kochi flights from September 2

flynas, the leading low-cost airline globally and the first in the Middle East, has announced the launch of new direct flights between Riyadh and Kochi (Cochin) in India, starting September 2. This move is part of the airline’s international network expansion, aligning with national tourism and aviation goals and Saudi Vision 2030.

The airline will operate three direct flights per week between Riyadh and Kochi, a major coastal and commercial city in the southern Indian state of Kerala. The new service will offer flexible travel options for passengers and enhance air connectivity between the two countries, as part of flynas’s broader expansion in the Indian market.

With this addition, flynas will operate a total of 39 weekly flights between Saudi Arabia and India. The airline currently flies from Riyadh to six Indian cities: Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Calicut, Mumbai, and Kochi, in addition to weekly direct flights between Dammam and Lucknow.

The introduction of direct Riyadh–Kochi flights is in line with flynas’s strategic growth and expansion plan, launched under the slogan “We Connect the World to the Kingdom.” This strategy supports the National Civil Aviation Strategy’s objectives to enable national carriers to connect Saudi Arabia with 250 international destinations, accommodate 330 million passengers, and host 150 million tourists annually by 2030, as well as the Guests of God Program to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques.
