Tabuk Municipality offers 50-year investment opportunity for educational complex

Tabuk Municipality has announced an investment opportunity for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an educational complex in the University District of Tabuk. The project will cover an area of 221,370 square meters, with a contract period of up to 50 years.

The municipality stated that the investment opportunity is listed under number 01-26-011001-10008. The bid envelopes are scheduled to be opened on December 24, 2026, as part of efforts to attract investors to benefit from the educational project.
