Saudi Health Systems wins SAR 669.65m National Guard contract

Saudi Health Systems Company, an affiliate of Maharah Human Resources and 40% owned through Maharah’s wholly owned subsidiary Masar Al-Nomu Investment, has received the award decision for a contract to provide services to the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs, valued at up to 669.65 million riyals (SAR), including VAT.

The contract covers the provision, preparation, management, and operation of food and catering services for National Guard Health Affairs facilities across the Kingdom for a period of five years. The award is subject to the completion of regulatory and final procedures in accordance with the government tenders and procurement law.

The financial impact of the project will be reflected in Maharah’s share of Saudi Health Systems’ results after the completion of final procedures and the start of project implementation, based on Maharah’s indirect 40% ownership. This impact will continue throughout the contract period.

The company stated that Masar Al-Nomu Investment received notification from Saudi Health Systems regarding the award decision. Maharah disclosed the event immediately upon receiving the relevant information, in line with regulatory and capital market requirements.
