Shares of companies including Amiantit, East Pipes, Taiba, Sanad Holding, and Ayan were among the top gainers. Meanwhile, shares of Ladun, Dar Al Arkan, Azm, Printing and Packaging, and AMAK led the decliners, with changes ranging between 5.10% and 5.49%.
In terms of trading activity, Amiantit, Petro Rabigh, Americana, Chemical, and Al Rajhi were the most active by volume. Al Rajhi, Petro Rabigh, Saudi Aramco, Alinma, and Asmak led by value.
Parallel market index also declines
Meanwhile, the parallel market index (Nomu) closed down 148.20 points at 21,697.96 points. Trading value reached SAR 17 million, with more than 3 million shares changing hands.
