The province of Aseer is organizing celebrations on the occasion of the 89th Saudi National Day, within the activities of "Meetle to the summit", during a series of artistic and popular events and shows, which will extend over an area of 4 km, starting from King Faisal Mosque to the garden of Abu Khayal in the western side of the ring belt in Abha city.
The celebration is spread over six main platforms with giant screens and theaters that shows entertainment and folklore programs, in addition to parades, and heritage, cultural and recreational shows, where the people of Abha and the surrounding villages will be on a date with an unprecedented special parade for the first time in Aseer.
The concert program will reflect the values of pride of the southern border's heroes, and their sacrifices will be valued in a parade that translates national sentiments entrenched in the hearts of all segments of Saudi society and embodies the meanings of resilience and the highest degree of readiness combined with the continuation of development.
The celebration commences on September 22, 2019, from 2 pm to 11 pm, to reflect the national constants and provide a clear message bearing the meanings of national unity and linking all regions of Saudi Arabia.
In addition, the General Authority of Entertainment said that the Aseer region will witness a number of events and fireworks displays in the Abha Dam, from 19 to 23 September, and the forum of El-Himma in Khamis Mushayt, Bin Hamsan village.
There will also be Saudi experiences, including mountaineering, pottery and perfume mixing, the effectiveness of fire technology, cinematic special effects, the experience of filming by a mobile phone, and all events will be on King Khalid bin Abdul-Aziz road.
